Hi, I’m Rachael Kobylecki. Having spent 15 years as a teacher and senior leader in UK and international schools, I know just how rewarding, and relentless, school leadership can be. 

My own experience of coaching transformed both my wellbeing and leadership impact.

Now, I’m motivated to about help school leaders and their teams navigate the challenges of the role, while focusing on what makes leadership truly fulfilling. 

Leadership can feel overwhelming. Whether it’s burnout, staff retention or constant change, it often seems there’s no room to breathe.

 

But with the right support, those challenges can become opportunities for growth and connection.
