Hi, I’m Rachael Kobylecki. Having spent 15 years as a teacher and senior leader in the UK and international schools, I know just how rewarding, and relentless, school leadership can be.
My own experience of coaching transformed my wellbeing and my impact. I also realised that adopting a coaching approach not only strengthens resilience and effectiveness but also empowers others, creates deeper collaboration and builds a culture where staff and students can thrive.
I’m motivated to help school teams untangle their challenges and embed a culture that supports growth, wellbeing and lasting impact across the whole school community.
