I spent 15 years as a teacher and senior leader in the UK and international schools, so I know how rewarding and relentless school leadership can be. I work with leaders and their teams to create cultures where staff thrive and leadership feels lighter.
Grounded in person-centred coaching, my approach blends reflective practice, self-awareness development and practical strategies that can be applied individually or across teams to make a meaningful, lasting difference. I help leaders see their options more clearly, build on what’s working and take practical steps that fit their context.
