Hello, I’m Rachael Kobylecki. I was a teacher and senior school leader for 15 years in both UK and international schools. Now, I’m an executive coach supporting school leaders and their teams to manage the challenges of this fulfilling, and at times, frustrating role.
This career change came about after experiencing the power of coaching and the positive impact that it had on my own performance and levels of wellbeing as well as on my colleagues. Now I want to do the same for you.
